1. About Us
Clear Inventory provides professional property inventory and inspection services throughout the UK.
Our services include:
- Check-in Inventories
- Check-out Inventories
- Mid-term Inspections
- Key Holding
- Property Viewings

- 360° Virtual Tours
- Open House Sessions
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made by:
- Telephone
- Website enquiry
- Online booking form
A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Clear Inventory.
3. Access to Property
- The client is responsible for ensuring that we have access to the property at the agreed appointment time.
- If access is unavailable upon arrival, additional charges may apply.
4. Inventory Reports
Our reports represent the condition of the property at the time of inspection only.
Reports include:
- Written observations
- Photographs
- Meter readings (where accessible)
- Smoke and CO alarm observations (visual only)
- Key count where applicable
Our reports are impartial and independent.
5. Photography
- Photographs form part of every inventory unless otherwise agreed.
- All website content, graphics, photographs, logos and reports remain the property of Clear Inventory.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure:
- Property is ready for inspection
- Utilities are available where required
- Keys are available
- Any pets are secured
- Safe access is provided
7. Payment
- Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking.
- Late payments may incur administration charges.
- Reports may be withheld until payment has been received where applicable.
8. Liability
While every effort is made to produce accurate reports, Clear Inventory shall not be liable for:
- Hidden defects
- Structural issues
- Mechanical failures
- Electrical faults
- Plumbing defects
- Pest infestations discovered after inspection
Our inspections are visual only.
9. Website Use
- All website content, graphics, photographs, logos and reports remain the property of Clear Inventory.
- No content may be copied without written permission.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
